1. Value Driven

OPC LAND advocates communication oriented towards actual output and professional skills. Here, your code, design, copy, or business model is your business card. We encourage sharing real-world experience, open-source projects, and business reviews, while rejecting empty theories and meaningless posts.

  1. Your level and honor should stem from your substantial contributions to the community.
  2. Whether a Creator, Architect, or Hustler, professions are not ranked by superiority, but distinguished by value.

2. Mutual Respect

This is a gathering place for ''heroes'' of different professions and backgrounds. We require:

  1. Respect for others'' expertise: Do not arrogantly criticize other fields from your professional perspective.
  2. Constructive discussion: We oppose pure emotional venting or personal attacks; all arguments should focus on the issues and solutions.
  3. Embrace diversity: There is no absolute right or wrong in tech stacks, design styles, or business concepts; keep an open mind.

3. Contract Spirit

When seeking cooperation, forming teams, or making trades within the community, please follow basic business and contractual spirit:

  1. Honest communication: Abilities and resources must be described truthfully without falsification.
  2. Responsible delivery: Whether it''s unpaid open-source collaboration or paid commercial contracting, once committed, strive to deliver.
  3. Privacy protection: Sensitive information or trade secrets revealed to you by others during cooperation must not be disclosed publicly without permission.

4. Zero Tolerance (Bottom Line)

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited in OPC LAND. Any violations will result in immediate expulsion (permanent ban and asset confiscation):
