This End User Service Agreement (''this Agreement'') constitutes a legally binding contractual relationship between you and OriginBeat LLC (the operator of the OPC LAND platform, including its Web, mobile endpoints, and future extended components). Regardless of your geographical region, or the device or network environment through which you access this platform, as long as you click ''Register'', ''Enter the Land'', or use the services provided by us through any substantial action, it signifies that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement and additional community guidelines. If you act on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you have the full authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
OPC LAND is an original ecosystem that packages productivity and growth journeys through gamification. In this ecosystem, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, and non-exclusive limited license to access our server nodes, create a digital avatar (Profile/Handle), and participate in challenges and dungeons. This authorization does not involve any transfer of property rights regarding the underlying code of the platform, UI/UX design, storylines, or art assets.
Maintaining the purity and efficiency of the cyber realm is our consensus. While exercising your rights as an explorer, you must adhere to the following bottom lines:
• Legal Compliance: You must not use this platform to publish or disseminate any content that violates local laws, endangers national security, or infringes on others'' reputation or privacy.
• Data and Interface Protection: Unauthorized automated scripts, spiders, and bots are strictly prohibited from extracting, indexing, or destroying the platform''s data structure. Any form of denial-of-service (DDoS) or injection attack against our API or social network (such as Meta/X) interfaces is strictly forbidden.
• Mutual Respect: Bullying, hate speech, harassment, and the proliferation of spam advertising at the network level are prohibited in public communication nodes such as the Tavern.
High-level services or value-added virtual credentials introduced by us in the future will be cleared via compliant third-party gateways like Stripe. Considering the special attribute that digital goods and gamified virtual assets lose their revocable physical form upon delivery and consumption, except for rigid provisions otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (such as the exclusion of eligibility for the EU''s 14-day right of withdrawal), all payment settlements completed on OPC LAND are final, and in principle, do not support any refund or cash withdrawal requests for any reason.
All code bases, algorithm models, art expressions (including but not limited to character concept art, UI texture materials, badge layout systems), brand logos (Brand Logo), and related worldview texts created by OriginBeat LLC and deployed on the platform are strictly protected by international copyright laws, trademark laws, and trade secret protection laws. For any reverse engineering, secondary distribution, modified derivation, and commercial misappropriation without official written permission, we will take all necessary legal rights protection actions according to the law to stop the infringement and seek various types of compensation costs.
The evolution of the cyber world is full of uncertainty. The OPC LAND service is provided on an ''As Is'' and ''As Available'' basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding absolute uninterrupted service, error-free rates, resistance to force majeure, or fitness for specific commercial purposes. We or the core builders of the platform shall not bear any punitive, incidental, or consequential expanded economic liability consequences due to the underlying crash of public cloud nodes, force majeure factors, or your own account damage caused by improper secure storage. Our maximum liability in the entire dispute shall be limited to the total amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months prior to the event causing the claim.
The signing, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the substantive law where OriginBeat LLC is registered. For any irreconcilable differences arising from this Agreement or the service, both parties to the dispute shall first seek a resolution through good faith commercial negotiations; if this fails, it shall be submitted to an authoritative arbitration institution or court in the jurisdiction of exclusive competency for a final ruling.
